BaoBros is a family-run and oriented company, which started from a humble food truck at the height of the pandemic. Since starting their business 4 years ago, they have gone on to win the People’s Choice Award in The British Street Food Awards of 2021 and have opened a few kitchens while continuing to expand and grow their company to date.
They are street food with a twist, BaoBros model is based on the intricate principles they have learnt over decades of experience working in highly esteemed restaurants, from Michelin stars to 5-star hotels. BaoBros have collected the perfection of basics and implemented them into a trending style which is also familiar. What Were The Challenges?
Finding the right packaging is difficult, and BaoBros faced challenges when finding the right quality packaging at the right price… until they found BioPak!
BaoBros decided to search for sustainable packaging as they wanted to find packaging that would keep their impact on the environment low, which is when they discovered BioPak. With a variety of meals available on their menu, from loaded fries to Bao dogs and wings, they needed sturdy and functional plastic-free packaging that was suitable for serving their takeaway meals from their food truck. Another challenge they faced was price, they didn’t want to compromise on the quality of their packaging but needed it to be a good price, especially when they first opened their business. Operating as a dynamic street food truck, they are constantly moving to different locations to share their delicious food.
