Made from renewable plant sugars and vegetable oils through a unique fermentation process to create PHA resin that contains no fossil fuel-based plastic. These 8oz PHA BioCups are certified home compostable (AS5810) and industrially compostable (AS4736). While PHA resin is marine biodegradable (ASTM D 6691), our cups aren’t certified for marine biodegradability to prevent littering.
