About The Charity
In 2022 the number of people recorded homeless in England was 271,421, with 20,402 people being in the West Midlands. Shelter provides over-the-phone and online housing support as well as free legal advice to those who have lost their homes or are facing eviction.
Shelter host a number of campaigns to fight the forever-growing impact that the housing emergency has on people and society. Working alongside communities to get an understanding of the different challenges they face; encouraging supporters to Write to their MPs and signing Shelters petitions.They believe every voice is powerful and can help make a difference.
How Is BioPak Supporting This Charity?
BioPak upholds the Christmas Hot Cup series tradition every year, featuring three unique festive designs. These cups are industrially compostable,designed to be a part of the circular economy. We proudly donate 10% of sales of the Christmas Cups to Shelter to support their mission to defend the right to a safe home.
