All orders placed before 1 pm will be sent on a next working day delivery service although we are asking customers to allow two working days in the current climate. All pallet orders, are subject to a two day delivery period. Customers can upgrade shipping to specific times or to Saturday delivery at their own expense. Yes, you can arrange for your order to be picked up at the nearest warehouse near you. Please email sales@biopak.co.uk for more details.
My order was short shipped! What can I do?
If your order is short shipped please send an email to sales@biopak.co.uk. Make sure to quote the SAO#, FFL#, INV# or CAS# in your email. If you provided a PO# when you ordered it will also help the sales team locate your order. As soon as the Customer Service Team receive your email they will let you know what caused the short shipment and immediately come up with a resolution in order to fix the issue.
