What are your delivery costs?

Do you offer express shipping?

All orders placed before 1 pm will be sent on a next working day delivery service although we are asking customers to allow two working days in the current climate. All pallet orders, are subject to a two day delivery period. Customers can upgrade shipping to specific times or to Saturday delivery at their own expense. Where are your warehouses located?

Our warehouse address is Unit 16, Nunnery Park, Worcester, WR4 0SX

Do you allow order pick up from your warehouses?

Yes, you can arrange for your order to be picked up at the nearest warehouse near you. Please email sales@biopak.co.uk for more details.

Do you currently offer international shipping?

We are able to ship worldwide, individual charges will apply, please contact sales@biopak.co.uk for more information

Does your advertised price include shipping?

No, our advertised price is exclusive of shipping. We offer free freight and subsidised freight to our customers. Please see our delivery page for details.

I have already placed an order. Is it possible for me to add to my order?

Yes. If your order has not been confirmed by our warehouse you can still add to your order. To get the status of the order that you have placed, please email sales@biopak.co.uk.

My order was short shipped! What can I do?

If your order is short shipped please send an email to care@biopak.com. Make sure to quote the SAO#, FFL#, INV# or CAS# in your email. If you provided a PO# when you ordered it will also help the sales team locate your order. As soon as the Care team receive your email they will let you know what caused the short shipment and immediately come up with a resolution in order to fix the issue.

My order was delivered with incorrect products?

Whilst we take every care to ensure your order is fulfilled correctly, mistakes do happen and for that, we are truly sorry and take full responsibility. If you find you have been sent an item you did not order, please send an email to sales@biopak.co.uk including your SAO#, an image of the box you received as well as an image of the contents inside. Our Customer service team will then investigate and ensure this is rectified ASAP.

My order hasn't arrived yet!

BioPak is very keen to deliver your orders at the exact time frame that we promised. We work with DPD as our courier, DPD will send you regular updates, including a 1-hour delivery slot. If you have received your 1-hour time slot, yet your parcel has not arrived, please contact DPD. If you have not received any communication from DPD, either via an SMS or via email, please contact sales@biopak.co.uk, who will assist you.
