BioPak Holiday Trading Hours 2025

As we gear up for the celebrations, here’s a heads-up on our holiday closures and delivery schedules to keep everything running smoothly for you.

BioPak will be trading as usual through the holiday season, closing only on public holidays: Wednesday, 25th December, Christmas Day and Wednesday, 1st January 2025, New Year’s Day.

Our warehouses close at 12 PM on Tuesday, December 24th, Christmas Eve, and Tuesday, December 31st, New Year’s Eve.

Last delivery date: Tuesday 24th and Tuesday 31st December 2024

To avoid expected delays, we recommend placing your pre-Christmas orders by Friday 20th December. Orders placed by 10am on the eve days will be despatched after the public holidays.

Please allow extra time for deliveries during this period.

We will resume operations on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

We are closed on Wednesday, 29th January 2025 for the Chinese New Year Public Holiday and no deliveries will be made.

Last Delivery Date: Tuesday 28th January 2025

For deliveries on Tuesday 28th January 2025, orders must be submitted/received before 2pm on Monday 27th January 2025.

For all orders submitted before 2pm on Monday 27th January 2025, deliveries will be on Tuesday 28th January 2025.

For all orders received after 2pm on Monday 27th January 2025, deliveries will be from 3rd February 2025 onwards.

We will resume operations on Monday 3rd February 2025 for order taking.

We are closed on Friday 4th April 2025 for the Ching Ming Festival, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Thursday 3rd April 2025

For deliveries on Thursday 3rd April 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Wednesday 2nd April 2025. 

All orders after 2 PM on Thursday 3rd April 2025, deliveries will be on Tuesday 8th April 2025.

We will resume operations on Monday 7th April 2025.

We are closed on Friday, 18th April 2025 for the Good Friday, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Thursday, 17th April 2025

For deliveries on Thursday, 17th April 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Wednesday, 16th April 2025

All orders after 2 PM on Thursday, 17th April 2025, deliveries will be on Wednesday 23rd April 2025.

We will resume operations on Tuesday 22nd April 2025.

Please note that we will be closed on Thursday, 1st May 2025 for Labour Day and Monday, 5th May 2025 for the Birthday of the Buddha public holiday. No deliveries will be made on these days.

To ensure your deliveries arrive on time, please adhere to the following schedule:

• For deliveries on Wednesday, 30th April 2025: Please ensure your orders are placed before 2 PM on Tuesday, 29th April 2025. These deliveries will be made on Friday, 2nd May 2025.
• For orders placed after 2 PM on Wednesday, 30th April 2025: Deliveries will be scheduled for Tuesday, 6th May 2025.

We recommend placing your orders at least two business days in advance to allow for extra time during this period.

We are closed on Saturday 31st May 2025 for the Tuen Ng Festival, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Friday 30th May 2025

For deliveries on Friday 30th May 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Thursday 29th May 2024. 

All orders after 2 PM on Thursday 29th May 2025, deliveries will be on Monday 2nd June 2025.

We will resume operations on Monday 2nd June 2025.

We are closed on Tuesday 1st July 2025 for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Monday 30th June 2025

For deliveries on Monday 30th June 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Friday 27th June 2025. 

All orders after 2 PM on Monday 30th June 2025, deliveries will be on Thursday 3rd July 2025. 

We will resume operations on Wednesday 2nd July 2025.

We are closed on Wednesday 1st October 2025 for the National Day, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Tuesday 30th September 2025

For deliveries on Tuesday 30th September 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Monday 29th September 2025. 

All orders after 2 PM on Tuesday 30th September 2025, deliveries will be on Monday 6th October 2025.

We will resume operations on Friday 3rd October 2025.

We are closed on Tuesday 7th October 2025 for the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Monday 6th October 2025

For deliveries on Monday 6th October 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Friday 3rd October 2025.

All orders after 2 PM on Monday 6th October 2025, deliveries will be on Thursday 9th October 2025.

We will resume operations on Wednesday 8th October 2025.

We are closed on Wednesday 29th October 2025 for the Cheung Yeung Festival, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Tuesday 28th October 2025

For deliveries on Tuesday 28th October 2025, orders must be submitted before 2 PM on Monday 27th October 2025. 

All orders after 2 PM on Tuesday 28th October 2025, deliveries will be on Friday 31st October 2025.

We will resume operations on Thursday 30th October 2025.

Our warehouses close at 12 PM on Wednesday, December 24th, Christmas Eve, and Wednesday, December 31st, New Year’s Eve.

Last delivery date: Wednesday 24th December 2025 and Wednesday 31st December 2025

Orders placed by 10am on the eve days will be despatched after the public holidays.
