BioPak Holiday Trading Hours 2025

As we gear up for the celebrations, here’s a heads-up on our holiday closures and delivery schedules to keep everything running smoothly for you.

Our offices will be closed from 12pm Tuesday, 24th December 2024, returning Thursday, 2nd January 2025. 

All orders received after 11 am Monday, 23rd December, will be despatched on Thursday, 2nd January, for delivery on Friday, 3rd January.

Please allow extra time when placing your orders due to the busy period, there may be delays with our courier partner.

Our offices will be closed over the Easter Holiday on Friday 18th April 2025 (Good Friday) and on Monday 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday).

All orders received after 12:30pm on Wednesday 16th April, will be delivered on Tuesday 22nd April.

Our offices will be closed over the Early May Bank Holiday on Monday 5th May 2025.

All orders received after 12:00pm on Friday 2nd May will be dispatched on Tuesday 6th May, for delivery on Wednesday 7th May.

Our offices will be closed over the Spring Bank Holiday on Monday 26th May 2025.

All orders received after 12:00pm on Friday 23rd May will be dispatched on Tuesday 27th May, for delivery on Wednesday 28th May.

Our offices will be closed over the Summer Bank Holiday on Monday 25th August 2025.

All orders received after 12:00pm on Friday 22nd August will be dispatched on Tuesday 26th August, for delivery on Wednesday 27th August.

During the busy festive season, courier networks experience high demand, so we encourage you to place orders early to avoid delays or stock shortages.

For guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order before the 15th of December.

HOLIDAY CLOSURE

Our team will be taking a short break from 24th–26th December, and again from 1st–2nd January. We will be operating with reduced staffing from the 22nd of December – 2nd of January. Orders placed during this period may be delayed as next-day delivery will not be available.

We’ll resume normal operations from Monday 5th January, and next day delivery will recommence from the 6th of January 2026.

PALLET DELIVERIES

Please note that our pallet transportation partners will be on holiday from 23 December to 2 January. The last pallet order cut-off is 11:00am on 23 December for delivery on Christmas Eve.

Pallet deliveries will then resume from 6 January 2026.

We encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to ensure you’re well-stocked over the festive period.
