As we gear up for the celebrations, here’s a heads-up on our holiday closures and delivery schedules to keep everything running smoothly for you.

During National Holidays, all BioPak warehouses will be closed. There will be limited staff to answer your questions and address your concerns. 

Please note that the last delivery dates during holidays are subject to change for various reasons. Our team in BioPak will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

We are closed on Wednesday 1st January 2025 for New Year's Day Public Holiday, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Friday 31st December 2024

For deliveries on Friday 31st December 2024, please refer to our Shipping Page to know your respective cut-off times for next day dispatch.

We will resume operations on Thursday 2nd January 2025.

We are closed on Monday 27th January 2025 for the Australia Day Public Holiday, and no deliveries will be made.

Last delivery date: Friday 24th January 2025

We will resume operations on Tuesday 28th January 2025.

We are closed from Saturday 19th April 2025, Sunday 20th April 2025 and Monday 21st April 2025 for the Easter Public Holidays, and no deliveries will be made.

We will resume operations on Monday 22nd April 2025.

We are closed on Friday 25th April 2025 for Anzac Day Public Holiday, and no deliveries will be made.

We will resume operations on Monday 28th April 2025.

As the holiday season approaches, we’d like to share our office and delivery schedule to help you plan your orders ahead of time.

The BioPak office will be closed on the public holidays only:

• Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day)

• Friday 26th December (Boxing Day)

• Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day)

All other days, standard operations will continue. Our Customer Service team will be available throughout the holiday period to assist with enquiries, though please allow extra time for responses.

Our warehouse and freight partners will be closed on the following days:

• Wednesday 24th December (warehouse closes 12pm) 

• Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day)

• Friday 26th December (Boxing Day)

• Wednesday 31st January (warehouse closes 12pm) 

• Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day)

All other days, standard operations will continue - with some delivery delays expected due to reduced staffing and high seasonal volumes.

Christmas Period Key Dates & Cut-Off Times

• Last delivery before Christmas: Wednesday 24th December (order cut-off: 1:30pm Monday 22nd December)

• Orders received after this time will be delivered from Monday 29th December.

New Year Period Key Dates & Cut-Off Times

• Last delivery before New Year: Wednesday 31st December (order cut-off: 1:30pm Monday 29th December)

• Orders received after this time will be delivered from Friday 2nd January.

Please allow extra time for deliveries during this period. To avoid expected delays, we recommend placing your holiday orders by Friday 19th December.

During state holidays, BioPak warehouses in these states or locations will be closed. All remaining warehouses will continue to operate without any disruption.

BioPak locations in TAS are closed on Wednesday 8th January 2025 for the Devonport Cup State Holiday, and no deliveries will be made.

We will resume operations in TAS on Thursday 9th January 2025.

BioPak locations in TAS are closed on Monday 10th February 2025 for the Royal Hobart Regatta State Holiday, and no deliveries will be made. Please note that this holiday is only observed in certain areas of the state.

BioPak locations in TAS are closed on Tuesday 4th March 2025 for the King Island Show State Holiday, and no deliveries will be made.

BioPak locations in VIC and TAS are closed on Monday 10th March 2025 for the Labour Day State Holiday, and no deliveries will be made. Labour Day in TAS is also known as Eight Hours Day.

BioPak locations in TAS are closed on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 for the Easter Tuesday State Holiday, and no deliveries will be made. This state holiday is generally for Tasmanian Public Service and banks only.
