PENTAWARDS 2020: BioPak Wins Silver for Best Sustainable Design

The BioPak Atlantis concept offers a soulful new way to enjoy food and limit waste from single-use packaging. Inspired by the beauty of the biosphere, it unites groundbreaking utensils made from FSC™ (License code FSC™ C110879) certified wood and bamboo with bowls and lids made from sugarcane pulp. RPET lids made from recycled plastic are also available options in the range.

The products in Atlantis concept are made from top quality recyclable, ethically sourced or rapidly renewable materials. Because of this, BioPak took home the Silver Pentaward for Best Sustainable Design in 2020. The Pentawards seek to recognise packaging for food that reduces its environmental impact and considers elements such as pack structure, materials used and production methods.
