To redeem this CommBank Sustainability Action Tool offer:

1. Find the offer code provided by CommBank via the CommBank Sustainability Action Tool
2. Go online to the BioPak website
3. Add items to your cart
4. Apply the offer code at the cart level
5. Create a new account and log in as part of the checkout process

If you shop with BioPak, BioPak will be your service provider and will handle all technical enquiries, complaints and servicing. 

By commencing the account set-up process, BioPak will collect and handle your personal information under its Privacy Policy. 

In addition, by redeeming the CommBank Sustainability Action Tool offer, new BioPak customers agree to the following terms and conditions. BioPak will provide the following information to CommBank:

• the number of Eligible Customers who have used the Codes or redeemed the Offer to make a purchase or otherwise accessed the Offer;
• the retail value of the purchases made using the Code or redeemed the Offer and the actual amount paid by Eligible Customers on an aggregated basis;
• a report outlining the Codes or Offers which have been used and which have not been used;
• a report outlining the number and nature of any dispute between Eligible Customers and BioPak in connection with the Code or Offer.
