BIOPAK HOLIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE
During the busy festive season, courier networks experience high demand, so we encourage you to place orders early to avoid delays or stock shortages.
For guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order before 15 December.
Holiday Closure
Our team will be taking a short break from 24–26 December, and again from 1–2 January. We will be operating with reduced staffing from 22 December – 2 January. Orders placed during this period may be delayed as next-day delivery will not be available.
We’ll resume normal operations from Monday, 5 January, and next-day delivery will recommence from 6 January 2026.
Pallet Deliveries
Please note that our pallet transportation partners will be on holiday from 23 December to 2 January. The last pallet order cut-off is 11:00am on 23 December for delivery on Christmas Eve.
Pallet deliveries will then resume from 6 January 2026.
We encourage you to plan ahead and place your orders early to ensure you’re well-stocked over the festive period.
