You need to register an account in order to shop with BioPak but do not need to be a business. If you are planning to order large volumes, we do offer wholesale pricing. In this case, please provide your best contact number or send us an email to sales@biopak.com.sg and one of our sales staff will call to discuss the products and volumes your need.
You have 2 options for setting up an account with BioPak:
1. Setting up an instant online account and paying via credit card
2. Applying for a credit account with a credit balance and payment terms that suit your business (you can still shop online with this method)
Register an Online Account
You can easily set up an account online and make your purchase using a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments.
1. Hover over the "Account" icon in the top right-hand corner of menu
2. Click the "Register" link
3. Fill in your company details and click "Submit"
4. Set your password through the email link sent to your inbox
5. You're now ready to start shopping!
Applying for a Credit Account
To apply for a credit account with us, please send us an email to sales@biopak.com.sg and request a credit balance and payment terms that suit your business. You will still be able to shop online with this method. If you need your order urgently, please proceed with a credit card payments while your application is processed.
Want to receive invoice?
If you do not want to pay by credit card and prefer an invoice for your order, please email sales@biopak.com.sg and they will process your order as soon as it comes in. Kindly indicate on your email that you will need the invoice and you will send payment via bank deposit. We will then send an email with our banking details attached. As soon as the deposit has been made, please send transfer proof to sales@biopak.com.sg citing the SAO# from your invoice.
