• Applying for a credit account with a credit balance and payment terms that suit your business (you can still shop online with this method)

How to apply for a credit account?

To apply for a credit account with us, please send us an email to sales@biopak.com.sg and request a credit balance and payment terms that suit your business. You will still be able to shop online with this method. If you need your order urgently, please proceed with a credit card payments while your application is processed.

Yes, you need to have an account to purchase from BioPak. You can easily set up an account online and make your purchase using a credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard payments.

No, you don't need to be a business to purchase from us. However, the minimum order is one full carton of product.

Yes, we do offer wholesale prices for orders of large volumes. Please send an email to sales@biopak.com and one of our sales staff will call to discuss the products and volumes you need.

Please request the payment terms that suit your business need when you apply for an account with us via sales@biopak.com.sg. You will still be able to shop online with this method. If you need your order urgently, please proceed with a credit card payments while your application is processed.

Yes, our sales team can provide you with a sales invoice for approval prior to processing the order. Please send an email to sales@biopak.com to request a sales invoice.

Yes, you are welcome to use your existing credit. Currently, we do not have the ability for you to apply for credit if ordering via our e-shop. Please either email us at sales@biopak.com or call us and advise that you would like to use an existing credit when placing your order.
